Upstairs, there's a half bath conveniently located off the bedroom & a balcony, which overlooks the front yard trees & perfect for bird watching. The A-Frame boasts a back deck & a spacious backyard with a fire pit, perfect for outdoor gatherings & relaxation. A storage building is included, providing extra space for your belongings. There are two mini-split heat/HVAC systems, which are Wi-Fi-controlled for your convenience & includes various smart features, such as smart light switches, NEST, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, & an element fire extinguisher. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 21 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
