This little A-Frame is just minutes away from the white sand beaches & restaurants, making it an ideal coastal retreat. The house features a 3-person hot tub, added in 2020, allowing you to relax & unwind in style. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including granite countertops & a custom backsplash. It's a great place for preparing meals & enjoying that island vibe. Beautiful pine floors run throughout the home, adding to its warm & inviting atmosphere. The living room is cozy with accented beamed ceilings & a coastal vibe that enhances the island experience. There's a full bathroom downstairs with a shower and unique tile flooring. Upstairs, there's a half bath conveniently located off the bedroom & a balcony, which overlooks the front yard trees & perfect for bird watching. The A-Frame boasts a back deck & a spacious backyard with a fire pit, perfect for outdoor gatherings & relaxation. A storage building is included, providing extra space for your belongings. There are two mini-split heat/HVAC systems, which are Wi-Fi-controlled for your convenience & includes various smart features, such as smart light switches, NEST, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, & an element fire extinguisher. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 21 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
